Liran Ma received his Doctoral degree in the Department of Computer Science at The George Washington University under the supervision of Prof. Xiuzhen (Susan) Cheng. His research activity focuses on the areas of wireless networks and distributed systems, especially on wireless LANs, ad-hoc networks, sensor networks, and mesh networks. His research interests include computer networks, wireless networking and systems security, and mobile computing.
