EET3370 LAB 3 – RELAY TIMERS

Wire the control circuit given
below. Use it, along with the Timing diagram showing how timer contacts
respond on page 2, to study how the time delay relays work. Energize and de-energize TD1 and TD2 and
carefully note how the various types of contacts function. Note that both TD1 and TD2 have contacts
which delay and contacts which work instantaneously.
When you are sure you are
comfortable with your knowledge of these relays and their contacts, wire the circuit on the last page. When it is working, have your instructor sign your lab. Fill in the timing diagram for the
circuit on the last page and turn in your lab with your name at the top. Disconnect your circuit and put the trainer
away before you leave.
